When making jewelry, we always strive for the highest quality plated gold& beads possible. even though the quality meets the highest standards, it is up to you to keep it in the best condition possible. Please understand, that everyone's skin can react differently to various metals. It is best to know if you have any allergies to metals prior to purchasing your items

Storage:

- Store your jewels in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation. my pieces always come in a reusable drawstring bag so please keep it to store your items.

- Any beaded/ delicate items should be stored appropriately to avoid tangling & breakage.

Care:

We are all human and sometimes forget to take items off when showering, swimming, etc. please wipe down items after every use to keep it in mint condition.

-avoid Chemicals: sunscreen, perfume, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics, chlorine.

Please Note: noori Jewelry is not responsible for damaged merchandise, wear, tarnishing, or any miscellaneous skin reactions that may occur by foregoing our above Storage and Care recommendations.

 Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Once an item has been shipped, noori jewelry is no longer responsible for your package. noori jewelry does not refund for packages lost in transit. noori jewelry will not refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order, or contact USPS with their tracking number to see if they can change the delivery address on their end.

If your package gets lost in transit, noori jewelry will assist you in any way possible.
